Located on the Delaware River Camden Waterfront, the Adventure Aquarium is the latest iteration of what was originally the New Jersey State Aquarium. It is currently home to over 15,000 aquatic animals, including the largest collection of sharks in the Northeast, Little Blue penguins, Nile hippos, and more. Exhibits and attractions include a 3-D theatre; tanks containing southern stingrays, various types of sharks, and other sea creatures; the Shark Tunnel; and a number of touch tanks. There are eating opportunities and a gift shop on the premises. All restrooms feature handicap accessible stalls. Sound-reducing headphones, weighted blankets, and wheelchairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis, with a deposit.

Founded in 1913, the Morris Museum is home to a rather eclectic mix of collections focusing on fossils, local wildlife, model trains, minerals, Native Americans, and paintings and sculpture, among other things.
